RETURN POLICY

Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you are not entirely satisfied with our product, we are here to help you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS:  

You will shoulder the shipping fee on any orders or returns, we offer FREE SHIPPING as part of our promo, return items shipping will be shouldered by the buyer.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in original packaging.

As soon as you return your item to us, we will inspect the item. Please note that we will charge you standard 200 pesos as standard delivery charges, taxes and other costing charges we paid for the delivery of the item/s.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

Most products sold by us qualify for return/refund as long as it is within 7 days from the date you received the item.

 The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of 200 php will be deducted from your refund. This policy applies for domestic orders only.

CLEARANCE ITEMS, PROMO ITEMS, SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS are not eligible for return.

 

Please notify us IMMEDIATELY when you notice that there is a problem.

Adrianna reserves the right to decide if the item is damaged, badly worn, or not already on its original form prior to shipping.

Our warranty DOES NOT COVER INCLEMENT WEATHER, such as: Storms, Snow, Rain, Hurricanes, Tornados, Thunderstorms, Micro-bursts, Earthquakes, Ice storms, Tsunamis or any other act of mother nature.

Warranty does not cover THEFT.

 

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
